Course Description

Examines the complex ways in which the law structures and is shaped by relations of gender, race, and sexuality. Introduces key legal cases and theory texts concerning reproductive rights, anti-sodomy laws, marriage, religion, free speech, affirmative action, and workplace discrimination.
